چکیده
Since the raise of 2D materials, significant research has been dedicated to their strain-dependent electronic and mechanical properties. In this work, we studied exciton energies low-frequency phonon modes in CVD-grown mono- few-layer WS 2 transferred on PDMS micropillars. The modification band structure under strain was investigated by photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy at room temperature. Machine learning (ML) methods were used analyze PL spatial maps facilitate spectral deconvolution. For monolayer (1L) , red shift energy detected as a function position, which ascribed presence residual strain. three-layer (3L) strained increase intensity corresponding direct (K–K) transition together with change observed. From spectra, distribution extracted for both samples, strongly resembled ML clustering results. Finally, Raman Si/SiO substrates no frequency observed 3L-WS .

Proliferation of epithelial cells on PDMS substrates with micropillars fabricated with different curvature characteristics.
The present work studied the proliferation of epithelial cells when they were cultivated on substrates with micropillars fabricated with the same height but with different curvature characteristics. A special micro-fabrication method was employed to produce these micropillar substrates. Polyallyldiglycol carbonate (PADC) films were first irradiated by alpha particles and then chemically etched ...
متن کاملStatistics of Exciton Emission in a Semiconductor Microcavity: Detuning and Exciton-Exciton Effects
We consider the interaction of quantum light with an ideal semiconductor microcavity. We investigate photon statistics in different conditions and the presence of detuning and exciton-exciton interaction. We show that in the resonant interaction and absence of the exciton-exciton interaction, the state of the whole system can be considered as coherent state. According to our results, it turns...
